- The longest winning end to a season was achieved by the Los Angeles Galaxy in 1997, who closed the campaign with six straight wins.
- The longest unbeaten start to a season was achieved by both the Los Angeles Galaxy in 2010, who opened the campaign 12 matches unbeaten (with ten wins and 2 draws), and Real Salt Lake in 2014, who opened the campaign 12 matches unbeaten (with 6 wins and 6 draws).[1]
